Mount Azhdahak - the highest point of the Geghama Ridge, with an elevation of 3,597 meters. This volcano is known for its beautiful and highly unusual landscape, making it a popular destination for travelers and mountaineers. Moreover, important archaeological discoveries have been made in this area, such as ancient petroglyphs and vishapakars, which add an air of mystery to the place and make the ascent of Mount Azhdahak even more intriguing.
Why should I go on this hike
- We will see the unique nature and cosmic landscapes of these places.
- We will visit one of the highest mountain lakes in Armenia, where you can take a swim.
- The beautiful view of Lake Sevan is visible from the top.

- We will see the mountain lake Vank and ancient menhirs-vishapakars, which have stood by the lake shores for several thousand years.
